Thanos is a supervillain appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He is a powerful Titanian Eternal who hails from the now-destroyed planet Titan.
Driven by the belief that the universe is overpopulated and resources are finite, Thanos seeks to restore balance by eliminating half of all life. To achieve this, he embarks on a quest to collect all six Infinity Stones.
